Giám đốc đối ngoại (tiếng Anh: PR officer) là người quan hệ trực tiếp với các nhà đầu tư, khách hàng, đối tác, người giữ chức vụ quan trọng giúp xây dựng hình ảnh công ty.
Giám đốc đối ngoại tiếng Anh là PR officer, viết đầy đủ là Public Relations Officer.

Giám đốc đối ngoại là người có quan hệ đối tác với khách hàng, các nhà đầu tư.
Họ thay mặt công ty trong các quan hệ kinh doanh và giải quyết công việc. Do vậy, giám đốc đối ngoại là người có văn hoá giao tiếp, kiến thức xã hội rộng và là người ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tới hình ảnh công ty.
